Haven Hospice began more than twenty-seven years ago from a single room in a Gainesville hospital. During that time, we have provided care to more than thirty thousand patients and their families. Haven Hospice has grown to serve more than six hundred and fifty patients daily throughout a sixteen county service area. Haven Hospice’s promise to the community is to collaborate with patients and families and their health care professionals to create a pain and symptom free situation, while delivering care in the setting and place desired by and controlled by the patient.
